These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aldezard website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Aldezard provides managed remote staffing solutions, including recruitment, vetting, and placement of virtual assistants and remote professionals. Our services include candidate sourcing, screening, onboarding support, and ongoing management assistance.
Trial Period
We offer a 7-day risk-free trial for new placements. If you are not satisfied with your hire during the trial period, you will not be charged for services rendered during that period, and we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.
Payments and Pricing
Service fees are based on the role and engagement type as outlined on our Pricing page. Payments are due monthly in advance. All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your hiring needs, communicate clearly with assigned remote professionals, and comply with applicable labor laws in your jurisdiction.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
Aldezard’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
