Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your engagement with Aldezard and its managed AI operations services. By engaging our services, booking an audit, or making payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Aldezard provides managed AI workflow services, including but not limited to:
- AI lead response systems (automated inbound email response and follow-up)
- AI support assistant workflows (FAQ handling, support routing, escalation summaries)
- AI operations assistant workflows (admin task routing, CRM updates, reporting automation)
The specific scope of services is defined at the time of engagement following a workflow audit. Services are custom-configured based on your business setup. Aldezard does not offer generic VA placement, staffing, or recruitment services.
2. Fees
Fees vary by service tier and are confirmed prior to onboarding. Current public pricing for the AI Lead Response System:
- Design Partner: $750 setup fee + $999/month. 60-day minimum engagement. Limited to the first two clients. Requires case study or testimonial agreement.
- Standard: $1,500 setup fee + $999/month. One workflow only.
AI Support Assistant and AI Operations Assistant pricing is custom and provided after a workflow audit. All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Setup and Onboarding
Setup fees are non-refundable once workflow build has commenced. Onboarding typically begins within 1–2 weeks of payment. During initial onboarding, AI-drafted responses are reviewed by a human before sending. Approval transitions to exception-only as the system stabilises, subject to client confirmation.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business, lead sources, and workflow requirements
- Grant necessary access to email accounts, CRM tools, and automation platforms as required for the workflow
- Review and approve any changes to automated messaging during onboarding
- Notify Aldezard promptly of any issues, bounces, or complaints related to automated responses
- Comply with applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) in your jurisdiction
5. No Guarantee of Results
Aldezard does not guarantee any specific number of leads, conversions, revenue, or business outcomes. The AI lead response system is designed to improve response speed and follow-up consistency. Actual results depend on your offer, market conditions, lead quality, and sales process — factors outside our control.

6. Tool and Account Ownership
Aldezard configures workflows using third-party tools. Tool subscriptions may be held by the client or by Aldezard on behalf of the client, as agreed during onboarding. Workflow infrastructure (automation sequences, templates, configurations) built by Aldezard remains the intellectual property of Aldezard unless a written transfer agreement is signed.
7. Cancellation
After any minimum engagement period, either party may cancel with 14 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are not prorated for partial months unless otherwise agreed. Upon cancellation, Aldezard will provide reasonable transition assistance for one week at no additional charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
Aldezard’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to fees paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost revenue, lost leads, or reputational harm.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other’s non-public business information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
Aldezard may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
